C Lanzbom is a Grammy-Winning sound engineer, songwriter, and renowned guitarist. He is known for being the co-founder and guitarist of Jewish rock band, Soulfarm, and the Jerry Garcia-inspired band, Deadgrass. He is also the owner of Sherwood Ridge Studio, which he founded in 2003. The studio has recorded many amazing performers including a tune with Pete Seeger and Bruce Springsteen. Unfortunately, there was a flood in 2025, but fortunately that meant the whole studio got refurbished and is now taking clients again in 2026 and onward. The studio has three beautiful rooms: a control room, a live room, and a vocal room. The studio also features a large variety of equipment including a Hearback Pro Monitoring System, original Neve 31102 Preamps, a Teletronix LA-2A Compressor, a Yamaha Custom Absolute Drumset (including the snare), a Hammond Organ, and so much more. There are over 30 guitars housed at the studio and a plethora of different microphone options as well.
