Pre Construction

iBuildMusicStudios is the Design, Consulting and Project management branch of the operation. This phase begins with your vision.

We will use 3D modeling and architectural planning to start making your dream studio a reality. We can and frequently do build for other studio designers. 

Then, we’ll coordinate with our contracting department to figure out the best way to create your vision, accounting for electrical, mechanical, and other infrastructure concerns.

We work closely with our clients, which means we always keep your budget in mind.  We strive to ensure the best studio project for your budget.

Our branch for construction projects anywhere in the continental USA, is Top Rated Contracting. With over 50 studio projects under our belt, we have strong relationships with carefully trained construction crews. We have extremely trusted subcontractors and we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. We can also reach out and interview/vet subcontractors in new areas we have not worked. 

In this phase, as your vision starts to become a reality, we focus on efficiency, time management and quality control. 

The Audio Alchemists are the final branch of our business. This is the last step in your studio build. This is when raw space becomes a fully functional studio.
